Getting Started

How do I sign up for Mira?

Download the Mira app from the App Store, then tap 'Start Video Consultation' to create your account. You can start with an anonymous account and link your email later for full access to your style profile and chat history.

What happens during the video consultation?

Our AI stylist Mira will spend 5 minutes learning about your body structure, color story, lifestyle, and fashion preferences. You'll leave the call with personalized styling guidance and outfit recommendations tailored specifically to you.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes! The initial 5-minute video consultation is completely complimentary. You'll get immediate value with tailored guidance on the call itself.

Subscriptions & Billing

How do subscriptions work?

Mira offers subscription plans that give you unlimited access to chat consultations, fit checks, and ongoing styling support. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select Mira → tap 'Cancel Subscription'. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you've previously purchased a subscription on this Apple ID, open the Mira app and go to Settings → tap 'Restore Purchases'. Your subscription will be automatically restored.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled through Apple's App Store policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the Mira purchase you'd like to request a refund for.

Privacy & Data

What happens to my photos?

Your photos are stored securely and used solely to provide personalized styling recommendations. We never share your photos with third parties or use them for any purpose beyond improving your Mira experience. You can delete your photos and account data at any time.

How is my data protected?

We take privacy seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy regulations. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Settings in the Mira app and tap 'Delete Account'. This will permanently remove all your data, including photos, chat history, and profile information. This action cannot be undone.

Using Mira

How does the AI styling work?

Mira uses advanced AI trained on fashion styling principles to analyze your body structure, color palette, and personal style. The AI combines this knowledge with your preferences and lifestyle to give you recommendations that actually work for you.

Can I chat with Mira anytime?

Yes! With a subscription, you can message Mira anytime for fit checks, cart reviews, outfit planning, or style questions. Just open the chat and start the conversation.

What if I don't like a recommendation?

Mira learns from your feedback. Let Mira know what you didn't like and why—this helps refine future recommendations. The more you use Mira, the better the suggestions become.

Technical Support

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

First, try closing and reopening the app. If that doesn't help, check that you're running the latest version from the App Store. Still having issues? Email us at hello@2minuteapps.co with details about what's happening and we'll help you troubleshoot.

I can't log in. Help!

Make sure you're using the same email address you originally signed up with. If you created an anonymous account initially, you may need to use the 'Continue with Email' option to link your account. Contact us if you're still stuck.

Which devices are supported?

Mira is currently available for iPhone and iPad running iOS 14 or later. Android support is coming soon—join our waitlist to be notified when it launches.
