The fine print behind your Mira experience

These Terms and Conditions explain how you can use the Mira mobile app and services (the “Service”) delivered by 2-Minute Apps, a sole proprietorship registered in Jamshedpur, India (“2-Minute Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use Mira.
2. Eligibility and account creation
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mira. If you are between 13 and your local age of majority, you may only use the Service with permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Your Mira experience
Mira invites you into a personalized styling journey, including onboarding questions, fit checks, outfit planning, style feedback, and wardrobe organization. To tailor guidance that actually fits your life, we may ask for your name, preferences, and photos you choose to upload. Please only share content you have the right to share and that aligns with our community standards.
4. Paid plans, billing, and renewals
Certain features are available by subscription. When you activate a paid plan, Apple will bill you through your App Store account using RevenueCat as our payment partner. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device settings. Because Apple processes the payment, refunds are handled under Apple's App Store policies. We reserve the right to change pricing or introduce new plans, and we will share those updates before they take effect.
5. Your content and license to us
You retain ownership of photos, wardrobe information, messages, and other content you provide (“User Content”). You grant 2-Minute Apps a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, display, and create derivative works of your User Content solely to operate, improve, and personalize the Service. You confirm that you have all rights necessary to share User Content and that it does not infringe or violate anyone else's rights.
6. Acceptable use
Mira is designed to support your personal styling journey. Please do not misuse the Service. That includes, without limitation: attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service; uploading unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content; or using Mira to harass others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
7. Privacy and data protection
We take privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights available to you under regulations such as the GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and other global privacy laws. By using Mira you consent to our data practices described there.
8. Third-party services
To keep things running smoothly, we partner with trusted providers. RevenueCat manages in-app purchases, PostHog helps us understand product usage, and Render.com hosts parts of our infrastructure. Their use of your data is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We may add or replace partners as we evolve the Service.
9. Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality within the Service, including software, text, graphics, and trademarks, belong to 2-Minute Apps or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Please do not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without written consent.
10. Feedback
We love hearing how Mira can serve you better. If you share ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us permission to use them without restriction or compensation.
11. Disclaimers
Mira aims to deliver thoughtful styling recommendations, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties—express or implied—about accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Fashion is personal, so please use your own judgment before making wardrobe decisions or purchases.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2-Minute Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of INR 5,000 or the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 2-Minute Apps and our affiliates, officers, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Jharkhand, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. If local consumer law grants you mandatory rights or venues, we respect those rights.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or regulatory changes. When we make material updates, we will notify you through the app, email, or by posting the new Terms here. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
